Exchange & Return

  1. Kano receives exchange / return as long as the products are still new (never used, not contaminated, no torn) and with our tag still intact.

  2. Your exchanged / returned items should be on logistic courier within 7 days since you have received the items. Please notify us beforehand by sending an email to hello@inkano.id with the details of the items you want to exchange/return.

  3. Return / Exchange will be processed immediately after we receive the items at our warehouse.

  4. For return / exchange caused by our shipping handling mistake (eg. wrong products shipped), we will bear all additional shipping fee.

  5. For other reason for return / exchange, customer shall bear the additional shipping fee (both shipping from customer to us and from us to customer).

  6. Exchange with more expensive items requires customer to pay the difference in price, while exchange with cheaper items will get refund of the difference in price.

  7. For return, you can choose either refund the money or refund via store credit in which you can use to offset your next purchase.

  8. Return for overseas customer can only be done via paypal or store credit.

  9. Voucher code with minimal purchase or free shipping will be recalculated for returned order, except if you are choosing refund via store credit.

  10. Please allow us up to 7 working days to process your exchange / return.
